Place the jewelry in its original PDPAOLA packaging and ensure the items are securely packed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
